Camera not showing on feed

I switched mobiles and had to reconnect our outdoor camera. It is showing in devices but any notifications aren’t saved. I went into settings selected all devices, all events. Even unticked the outdoor camera and then reselect it but nothing works. It does save the feed from the front door

Can you make a manual recording when livestreaming the problem camera?

Have you double-checked the subscription status?

I can’t record and the camera subscription is showing as basic but a. We’ve not changed the subscription and B. It was working until I changed phones. Already emailed support. Just annoyed

And the camera is in the subscription plan?

 

Is 2K livestreaming enabled for the camera?  Manual recording is only possible if you disable that feature.
