Over the last few days we've had high winds which knocked out my wifi. Once getting my internet back, I couldn't reconnect my camera to my wifi network. I had to remove it from my app and add it back in. Now the spotlight and recording options are gone. It only notifies me about live activity, and isn't recording to the library anymore. Any ideas how to correct this?

That seems to be exactly the problem. Thank you! How can I correct this? There's a box that says "drag camera here to include it in your plan", but the No Plan box (where my camera is listed) doesn't allowed to drag. Any ideas?
if you are trying to do this from the app, then I suggest trying again using a PC (browsing to my.arlo.com).

That suggests that the camera is no longer in a subscription plan. Look in the subscription area of the app, and see if the newly added camera is in the "no plan" list.
