My essential spotlight cameras are connecting to my wifi but will not connect to the Arlo app. I've tried everything I can think of. Even un installing the app and reinstalling it. Nothing has worked. Please help

- If you can disable 5 ghz wifi in your router, then try doing that while onboarding.
- If you have a PC (Windows or Mac) try onboarding from the PC (browse to my.arlo.com).
What is the brand/model of your router?
