Blurry video at night. Arlo Essential VMC2032

I just wanted to pass this along in case anyone has a similar issue and does a search for resolution.  For the past several days while my video has been clear and sharp during the daytime, it has been blurry and useless at night.  After messing with all the night vision and video quality settings did not help, I finally got a ladder out and climbed up there (mounted up high under my roof overhang). There was a very tiny almost invisible without my readers strand of spider web directly across the middle of the camera lens. In doing some research while trying to solve this, I think this had likely been reflecting back into the IR sensors and causing the issue. I gave the entire camera a sweep with compressed air and then cleaned the lens with a lens cleaning wipe.  Problem solved. Crystal clear at night again!

I've had to clean spider webs off the front of the camera as well.

  I've used lens wipes as well.
My videos look gray and washed out at night.
  Sometimes, I think that it may be dust on the lens'... and have wiped them off in the past. But, from dealing with actual camera len's in the past.. I am now leery of using anything to clean off the lens surface, because any time you wipe anything across a camera lens surface, you are taking the chance of embedding the dust/grit into it. Camera lens are delicate.
