Best cameras for traveling?

We will be travelling Europe and Morocco in a Motorhome. interested in having wireless cameras and maybe floodlights around the Motorhome at night and when I’m away from it. We will take them off the Motorhome while travelling. We will change SIM cards often as we change countries. 

what system would be the best for our needs?

One way would be to use a mobile hotspot that you can configure for each county's SIMs. That way the cameras would simply connect to the hotspot which would give you the needed Internet access.

The other solution would be to use the Go 2 cameras with appropriate SIMs so the current cell provider would provide the access.

One challenge here is that the Go 2 might not work with the carriers you need to use.  Likely it'd be easier to use the hot spot with wifi-connected cameras.
