Battery not charging Arlo Essential

After one night plugged to Arlo charger, battery still at 1% in the morning. Please let me know what to do.
Arlo charger works with other camera.

Try force closing the app or logging out and back in. Does that change the display? Also try the web client (my.arlo.com) to see if there's a difference. When power is connected, does the battery icon change to show a lightning bolt through the battery?

same issue after closing and log in back to the App.

Do you have another camera? Does the charger work there? Have you tried swapping batteries?

Yes, I have others cameras and the charger works fine with the other one.
I don’t know how to access Arlo camera.

Since it seems to be the camera, use Settings, SUpport to talk to official support.
