My doorbell's been working fine, but moved house and now it won't connect to my new internet or hub.
all my camera's are fine, and working as before, I've removed it from the app but now trying to re-connect it, when it get's to the point of scanning the QR code with the doorbell camera it doesn't do anything, I've cleaned the camera, disabled 5 ghz on my wifi. is there anything else I'm missing ?

Update, I've reset it , and it now does recognise the scan, but the arlo app can't find it still

Does your router show that the doorbell is connected to your home wifi?
If the new router requires WPA3 security, then change that setting to allow both WPA2 and WPA3.
