Arlo security camera went offline, now it won’t connect.

We have 2 cameras both connected wireless wifi with solar panels to charge.
Both were working fine until yesterday one went offline. We deleted the camera and tried to reconnect it but now it won’t connect. You go through the whole process the lights blink blue after you do the chime QR code. And then after 20 seconds or so it then flashes orange and won’t connect. Any help would be appreciated

Did you try resetting the camera by holding the sync button for >15 seconds, until the LED starts flashing amber?
