I purchased a multi camera subscription back in February 2024. I’ve tried to add new cameras and not been able to add more than two when I purchased the subscription. It was on the basis that there would be support plus the ability to add more cameras and yet the function is defunct. I’ve tried everything Email website and frequently ask questions and now I’ve resulted in cancelling my subscription to try and re-purchase it from scratch and the site won’t let you do that either. Does anybody have any suggestions

Do you have a mobile phone or a iPad or android tablet?

If so you can install the arlo secure app and navigate to the support page for advice on how to contact them for help.

thanks for the tip but they are not responding to my emails and can't find a phone number for UK support

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good number to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
