Arlo essential wire-free security camera cannot connect to wifi.

I  got two products yesterday. I first successfully installed, and configured the doorbell camera.

 

However, the second product, is unable to connect to wifi. I have verified it is charged, I have factory reset the unit twice, I have tried to connect it to my wifi (same used by the doorbell camera), unsuccessfully for 32 times. every time, it blinks amber after a minute or so.  

 

I tried using the robot help, and only got  case#43446325 and that was all. But a robot did not provide a solution nor I can find a phone number to call.  I was considering to take additional services with Arlo, but the lack of ways to connect to a human or even get an idea on how to navigate a problem, makes this very difficult to do.

 

This is what I want. I want to send this unit back and get one that works; I do not know if Arlo even does this, or if there is any form to get this resolved. I understand that I need a ##RMA to do this, but I cannot find any way to do any action.

 

this is beyond frustrating. at this point I regret making this decision.

Using the mobile arlo app, go to settings/support/doorbell to see the entitlements for phone support.
