Hello, I am having trouble. My husband “invited” me so I can also see the cameras. I clicked on the email to do so as it said and email and password all worked but I see no cameras. It says at the top of the screen to “add new devices”. Nothing else and no links to do anything. Can someone tell me why I am not seeing the cameras?

Did you do this on a PC?  If not, try doing it there.  Clicking on "create account" will open the browser to my.arlo.com, and from there you'd log into your account (instead of creating a new one).
