I went to check my cameras that recorded on Nov 27th. I was not home that day at all. I was out of town for Thanksgiving. I have the correct time zone on all 4 cameras. It showed me in the video so the date is wrong somewhere. How do I change the date?

You can't change the date. Try rebooting all cameras as well as your phone and reinstall the app to see if that helps.
