Trying to connect wireless essential camera, the camera scans qr code, hear the chimes, as it searches the camera shuts off. Ive reset camera, resynced camera, uninstalled app, forgot wifi system, restarted and nothing. cant get these cameras to sync up

Did you select "Essential Spotlight" when adding device? Selecting "Essential" won't work.
Is the wifi network set up to use WPA2 (AES)?
If you are adding the camera from the app, then perhaps try again from a PC (my.arlo.com).

yep, we have picked the correct camera. We already had two cameras connected but when they died they disconnected so the settings are correcr. ill have to try from my laptop and see if that makes a difference
