Arlo essential mic not working in app on Android

The mic doesn't work on my camera with the app. It worked on a computer, but not the app. I can't seem to find any solution. My phone is a S21 Ultra.

Have you checked the app permissions in the phone settings?

Yes, I did make sure it had permission. It does, and still nothing. Thanks.

Try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app.

I removed the camera and reconnected it. That made it work on the app now. Thank you for all your help.
