Camera keeps going off almost every 20 sec even without motion.set sensitivity low and even removed and adjusted activity zones, minimized smart notifications still turns spotlight on and doesn’t even record half the time just drains my battery. I have two cameras doing this ,I’ve removed and re added to smart hub but continues to drain

All details are needed. Are the videos marked as motion detections or audio? Did you change the motion sensitivity in the camera's settings under Default Mode Settings? Is this only during the day or all the time? During the day the sun's strong IR can reflect off moving branches/leaves/etc. causing this to happen so changing the camera's view could be important.

It may be useful to remove the camera from your account, reset it according to the FAQ below and add it back to see if that changes anything.

It doesn’t even record , most the time but when it does it does say motion usually i see the motion icon with the circle and 3 lines go on and off about every 20 sec , ive changed the smart notifications to people and vehicles only and adjusted sensitivity to about 10 and problem still continues. This happens during day and night and ive adjusted camera many times now
