Arlo essential XL won’t update

The firmware will not update on my new camera. I have tried it several times, turned off the camera and retried …. What is the solution?

If connected to a hub, reboot that. If it's direct to WiFi, the fastest solution may be to remove the camera from your account and add it back in. Note that depending on where you are, the update may not be available yet. A staged roll-out may be the cause.
