Arlo does not ring on other device

Goodmorning,

 

the arlo doorbell does not ring on the second and third iphone.

 

the other accounta did accept invitation, they can see the video etc on the doorbell but only the first account rings.

 

how to set it up , so the ither phones will also ring

The primary user needs to allow access for Audio and video doorbell calls within the grant access settings.
