Arlo device appears offline. I have no idea the model number

"Arlo device appears offline" that's what it's telling me on my phone. I had spectrum here & I recieved new modem & router. I have a new user name & password. What do I do?

The easiest thing to do is to change the new router's SSID and password to match the old one. That way it's seamless. Otherwise, you'll likely need to remove the camera from your account, reset the camera as below and set it back up again as if new:

Go into the support area of the app, and select the camera.

 

Then scroll down to the product id field.
