Arlo VMC2030 Essential Spotlight not recording in Arlo Library

I Have 5 Arlo Cameras: 3 Arlo Pro2 installed 3 years ago and in November 2021 I bought 2 Essential Wire Free Spotlights and I added them to the Base Station VMB4000r3, I noticed that events from Arlo Essential send motion alerts but they are not recorded in the Library, I have installed local USB WD Storage 1TB , I deleted all old events from Arlo Pro2, it continues recording only the Pro2 but nothing about the essentials. I reseted and installed them again, I turn off and on the base station . Help me please. Thanks

Hi, Thank you for your help, let me tell the truth, I bought them -2 Arlo Essential Cameras- on March 23, 2022, I did not register o subscribe them in any plan I only installed them (adding to the Base Station where I have already installed the Pro 2 cameras) because I had family issue to take care. Now that I need really to see what is going with cameras. Like I said before I have USB local Storage where all alerts / Events are recorded, but its no convenient when traveling. Thank you very much .

If the essential cameras are connected to the base station they should backup recordings to the USB although arlo may have dropped that feature. Make sure you have them connected via the base station.

thank you for your help. Still I have no idea why I can see in the Library the alerts from the Cameras Arlo Pro2 but not from Arlo Essentials Spotlights.???

The best you get is notifications and live viewing as well as recording to the base station backup USB.
You should have access to the 12 month or at least the 3 months free trial option to test depending on where you purchased.
