I still have not had any real support from Arlo regarding the issue I have with my battery draining so quickly. It seems that the initial responce came from the USA which said "We do apologize, but we did not support United Kingdom (UK) customers. I will transfer your case to the appropriate department." That was on Thursday and I have still not received any further contact. Has anyone else had this issue when trying to resolve issues?
