Arlo Shared Links not working

I just got my new cameras and put them in this week, so I'm still on the Arlo trial period. But the shared links I've sent out don't work even if the person I'm sending it to tries the link immediately. They get an error that says: "We're sorry, Arlo is currently unavailable. Please try again later."
I'm not sure if this has something to do with me being on the trial subscription or what.
