I have 3 Arlo cameras.  The inside camera is not working and states that the battery needs charging.  I took the charged batteries out of the other 2 camera I have and put them each separately into the camera that said the battery needs charging.  The camera still says that the battery needs charging.  But the batteries work fine in the other 2 cameras that I took them from.  Could it be a connection from the battery to the camera that is not allowing the camera to recognize that the battery is charged?

Could be.  Is the camera newly purchased?
