I cant get a subscription. I have 3 cameras and 2 of the trials are expired and the other is about to expire. I try to use my app but it shows that I am in a different country and will not let me change the country. I cant get a phone number to call because the automated system refers me to EU support .
I've tried using my pc to go through Arlo.com and I get the same results.
Can anyone provide a # to talk to someone in the United States to help me resolve this issue as my cameras are useless for anything but live feed.

In what country was the system first set up? That makes the difference in getting a subscription.

I believe what matters is the country you were in when the account was created.
