Hi all,

I’ve had Arlo now for 5 years, I’ve just expanded my camera network by buying a Arlo essential spotlight, which came with a free 30th subscription. The subscription has now expired and I expected it to rile straight onto the 7days free cloud storage, the same as my other cameras, however I cannot see any recordings in either the app or when I log on using a computer. My original cameras still work fine, just not the essential one. Any ideas on resolution would gratefully received. Thanks

Arlo stopped offering 7-day cloud storage back in 2018, when they introduced the Ultra.  No camera introduced after that date has the free 7-day cloud storage.

The only way to get cloud storage for the essential is to get a subscription.  US cost is $2.99 per month, though you could also get the unlimited multicamera plan for $9.99 per month, and upgrade the storage on your older cameras.
