Arlo Essential spotlight camera will not record any video

I have contacted support with no luck.  I have done all the steps that they have suggested and no luck.  The spotlight will come & I will get a notification that there is motion but it will not record any video.  I have it set up to record locally.  Even when you use the "live" option there is no icon to click to record or take a picture

 

Any one have any ideas?  I really don't want to buy a new camera as this one isn't even a year old.

Did you 3 month trial run out. What you described seems like no subscription with no cloud recordings and no record button when live view.
