Hi there

I have had major issues trying to connect my new Arlo Essential Camera. I go through the process and the software says that it has found my camera. It then asks me to name my camera and set my time zone. I do this and press continue then it comes up - camera offline - make sure your device is powered on (which it is). Help!!

There is no wifi interference, I’m a few feet away from 2.4g router and plenty of internet. Plus camera is fully charged. How do I get this resolved?

Check Settings, My Devices and see if the camera shows there. If so, remove it. Hold the sync button on the bottom for >15 seconds until the LED starts flashing amber and try setting it up again.
