My camera was working fine but now the battery is draining. I have a solar panel attached and it shows that it's charging but it's not. It's about a year old, is the camera going?

With a solar panel connected, there's a new icon in use which is red with a lightning bolt even at night. If it's showing this and 100%, it's fully charged and working normally.

What have you tried? Have you disconnected the panel and plugged it back in? Have you checked the cable to see if it's damaged? Does the battery charge when using AC power?

I tried all of these options and now for the past week the camera shows that it is constantly charging and always at 100%. I'm wondering if there is an issue with the camera. It's 10 months old and I didn't have any issues before

Thank you. The icon is red so sounds like all is working properly
