I bought a used xl spotlight camera and am trying to set it up in the app with my wifi. It recognized the camera and asked me to name it but when it submit the name, click continue - it comes up with "internal error".

Try factory resetting the spotlight and then go through onboarding again. Do you still experience the same behavior?
How do I factory reset and re-sync my Arlo camera?
