I do not know why box does not list the countries that are banned from using them. I am in Mexico and cannot use. I have wasted my money by not having this information shared to me. I would like a refund as this was not readily given.

Where did you purchase the device from?

I purchased at Bestbuy in Lewisville Tx

I see, you should be able to onboard the device, but Arlo subscriptions are limited in your region. You will have limited features. At this time, Arlo Subscription plans aren't available in all regions. You can find more info here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062249/Where-is-Arlo-Secure-available
