Arlo Essential VCM2030

What are the steps to reconnect my Arlo Essential VCM2030 to my wi-fi system.  I can't remember how it was done when first installed.

Did you remove this device from your Arlo app?

I was unable to get the camera working again.  The battery would not hold a charge.  I couldn't remove the battery for replacement, so I removed the camera and cancelled my monthly subscription.  I threw it away and I've purchased a new camera - a Ring this time.
