Arlo Essential Spotlight not charging VMC2030

Hi, 

One of my Essential Spotlight camera was at 1% of charging. I plug it with the original cable but no battery charging evolution was observe. Now the camera is down and I dont know how to recharge it....When I connect the cable the blue light blink several time but nothing charge.

Firmware:  1.090.27.6_45_1583184

Note that my other 2 cameras charge good with the same condition.
