Arlo Essential Spotlight camera will not link to hub or factory reset

I have already removed and resynched an Arlo Essential Spotlight camera successfully after a low battery issue. This time, however, the recharged and removed camera shows a blinking blue light, but the hub simply can't find it to synch it back into my security system. Both the hub and camera are showing a synch search with blue lights. I am not at home, but my son is going through the synch procedure at the base station for me. After multiple unsuccessful tries at synching, we also attempted to factory reset the camera, but no amber light blinks after 15-20 seconds. My cell phone has no problems with the other three cameras remaining in my system.

You seem to be trying to re-add the camera when it should have just automatically reconnected. Since you now have apparently reset the camera, you also need to remove the camera from your account. Here's the procedure to properly rest and re-add - follow it carefully (note the link at the top if you use Feed to view recordings):
