Arlo Essential Spotlight acting oddly

I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I charged my Essential spotlight. App says 100%. Remounted it and it went offline. No notice just offline. Came online when hooked to charger. Battery was at 3%. Recharged it, let it sit for 3 days till i could get around to it. It had been turned off in the app. When I got ready to reinstall it was shown as offline. Hooked it up to charger, back online and it was at 70% after being 100% and turned off for 3 days. I would assume the battery has crapped out but why is it going offline when it still has a charge, and is sitting next to my base station? Any thoughts?

Can you estimate how many minutes of video it is streaming per day?
If you use activity zones, you will need to delete them in order to estimate this.
