Arlo Essential Spotlight Camera - Two way audio not working

Buy the camera 2 weeks ago, the Two way audio not work , try to ask Hong Kong distributor for help, They only reply <we need to ask the manufacturer>, never give me sulution at all . they just try to push the problem to me. Bad camera bad support , even my old camera still working with two way audio in same network and equipment.

When I tried to find a solution on the forum,They have same problem for other ARLO model, and many user still remain problem, PLEASE CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY

When you say the two way audio isn't working, could you provide more details? Are you receiving an error message when trying to use two way audio in the mobile app?

When I press the mic button on the app , it only come out same noise from the camera speaker.

 

I have given the Hong Kong supplier login information and when the problem occurred but they did not reply at all

I bought the same camera Essential Spotlight yesterday and I am having the problem. 2-way seems to work when your in the same network or home network but when I tried connecting through 5G/LTE connectivity 2-way doesn’t seem to work but I can hear the audio from the camera just not able to talk.

I have the same problem. I tried iPhone, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, but nothing can make the cam speaker work (it just outputs a bit noise for a moment, but no voice comes out, no matter if I use WiFi (same network) or 3G 4G). getting tired to test on it.
