App will not discover camera.
Camera was installed once using the QR code, but something messed up after it read the code and chimed
Camera has been reset multiple times
Camera is fully charged
Camera will not discover using either the base station or the QR code
When discover/sync/install is NOT being attempted, camera blinks blue 3 times fast, then does a solid blue for a second, then flashes amber. This pattern repeats over and over.
I have several other cameras of different types on this base station including two of these Essential Spotlight Cameras. I have never had an issue with any of them
I am on the 2.4 internet
I have followed every KB or support document I have found and contacted support who could not resolve
When it is trying to discover using the base station, a solid blue light comes on followed by a quick amber light

I have the exact same issue - was connected prior to switching internet providers but now will not connect to the new network. I even went as far as to turn off 5 GHz on my router and install a network extender with only 2.4 GHz - no luck. It’s so frustrating! All my other 2.4 GHz connected devices are working. I’m done with Arlo.

@Nopitynope
May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed specifically (factory reset/we browser) etc? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

I feel a I’ve tried everything, including:
- Removing and factory re-setting my cameras
- Resetting my router
- Turning off the 5 MHz band in my router
- installing a Wi-Fi extender turning on only 2.4MHz
- creating a guest Wi-Fi SSID and password (not including any special characters)
After fully charging the cameras, accessing the 2.4 MHz network and entering the correct password, the cameras read the QR code and I hear a chime but the the blue light blinks about 2 more times and then turns off entirely. I’ve tried leaving it “as is”, pushing the button to get it to blink blue again, pushing and holding the button; nothing has worked. I’ve spent far too much time trying to trouble shoot these cameras when my Ring and Nest cameras connect without issue. Very frustrating and disappointing.
