Arlo Essential Outdoor, not connected

Hi guys

 

I am trying to set up my camera and get a pop up in the app saying that it is connected to my wifi

But once back on the front page of the app, where video feed is shows, it says that the camera is not connected to the wifi. 

 

I have tried to retconned, reset but it does not work. 

 

Any suggestions as what to do?

Thanks! I did and it has. I have fixed id. What I did was added the camera as a new device. The old was automatically removed and the new added now works 🤷🏻‍♀️

Have you tried the web client? There have been some recent posts where that helped.

Hi, yes I have. Same result: the massage says that it is connected to WiFi but the video feed has the not connected text

Check the  attached devices in your router's configuration to see if the camera actually has an IP address.
