I have an outdoor wireless essential spotlight camera which had been hooked up to a vacation home. We had to disconnect it for a time - I removed it from the Arlo app - and now we are receconnecting it. However, after connecting and updating firmware it appears for a brief moment and then goes offline. The battery is fine. The wifi is working. My app is up to date. I have called for support but so far we have not found an obvious answer as all parts of the equation - camera, wifi router, phone, app - are all working correctly.
Any idea what could be going on? We even restarted the camera and the wifi. No luck.

What happens if you move the camera for testing? Any new or moved wireless devices that uses the 2.4GHz band that's near the camera?
