My Arlo essential is on, I can reset but it keeps going out and giving me the image as attaches. Anyone else have this issue?

If the camera can still be exchanged with the seller, then I'd do that.
Otherwise, if it is still under warranty, then I would contact Arlo support. Use the options in the app - googling for Arlo Support will lead you to a scam support site.
