I don't know about anyone else, but I took down some of my cameras for the first time to charge them and now the night vision doesn't really work on any of them. All I see is a white screen when I switch to the night vision. I've turned the camera's on and off, I've adjusted the lighting, I tried bring it into a room and turning the camera off and on and the lights off an on trying to get the camera to adjust, I've tried deleting and resetting the camera to the factory defaults, but still all I get is a white screen.
I didn't realize that the first time you charge your cameras that it would make the night vision stop working.

Obviously, that isn't the way it's supposed to work. It almost sounds like something is shifted allowing the IR LEDs to shine into the lens or sensor. Do all cameras do this? How many compared to the total number of cameras?
You likely need to use Settings, Support (old UI with Library to see videos) or Settings, Support Center (new UI with Feed to view videos) to talk to official support for a possible RMA.
