I have been trying to setup the subscription but have been unsuccessful. I also have been searching for Arlo support phone number but was unable to fine their phone number. If anyone can help me with these processes, I would greatly appreciate it.

If you are, then you should have been automatically opted into the 3 month trial subscription when you first installed the camera(s).
