I purchased this 3 Essential Camera less than a year ago to support grandma's safety.
It worked for a while, suddenly none of the cameras are recognized by the Arlo App on iPhone.
I went through ALL the suggested steps to repair it MANY times with no success.
There is no phone number to talk w Arlo agent.
There is no email address for arlo (there is one: Do-not-reply…)
I've been on Chat for over a week, I was promised replacement within a day (I'd rather return it since the service has been terrible)
-I did not receive the replacement and there is NO One to talk to.
The agent on the last one hour chat just disappeared...
Any suggestions?
