I purchased a set of 4 Arlo cameras at a local Best Buy on May 23, 2024. After setting them up, we enjoyed the security of feeling safe knowing that they operated as designed. Once my trial period was finished, I began attempting to purchase a plan with which we would still have benefit of the cameras, but to no avail. Several chatbot attempts and emails were a complete waste of time and effort. It's as though Arlo was avoiding my efforts to set up a plan like the plague. I finally gave up and today returned the cameras to Best Buy for a full refund. I would never suggest nor recommend the Arlo company to anyone thinking of setting up cameras for their place of residence.
