This issue is present for my Arlo devices.  When I get a notification on my Apple Watch it will show the preview and then it goes away and then repeats around 5 times.  It happens on my wife's Apple Watch also.   It's not all the time but much more than not.

Do you have the latest version of the Arlo mobile app downloaded and installed on your device?
