App doesn't find essential camera

I have the Essential outdoor camera. It used to work fine. Now I'm trying to set it up in a new home. I've removed it from my devices, factory reset several times, I'm on a 2.4ghz network. I hear the chime when trying to connect the camera, but after I press continue, it waits for like 5 minutes and then says "no cameras were found."

 

Are there any other troubleshooting steps I can try?
