App cant find any camera when setting up. Model VMC2030

I just opened my arlo cameras model VMC2330 and the app is just not finding the devices during the setup ( I have 3) My router does seem to be working on all my other devices.  I am setting up right next to the router as well and it is still not connecting etc.  Cant figure out why.  My router is Linksys 14100 but I am pretty sure it is a 2.4 GHZ  Very frustrating since I seem to be doing everything right, and nothing is working.  I am at a loss here.  Thanks

Linksys? I'm seeing a Netgear model RBK14100, but nothing from Linksys.

I suggest trying to onboard from a PC (browse to my.arlo.com).

 

Make sure you choose the correct essential model (selecting the Essential Spotlight if the camera has a spotlight, selecting Essential if it doesn't).
