Amber Light Stays On VMC2030AerH9

Good morning,  

 

anyone else have success resolving the amber light constantly staying on and camera continually going offline?  My camera wasn't even used for more than 30 days before this started happening.  Started a Technical ticket with Arlo Support and they determined that it was faulty and needed to be replaced.  They offered 40% off of a replacement, was hoping to just exchange it since I didn't even get 30-days of use out of it.

The camera was less than 30 days old?

Good Afternoon,

 

Camera was probably a year old.  Purchased 5 all at the same time but only used 3.  This one was not used until recently as it sat in drawer for a while.  After recently using it for less than 30-days it stopped working as it should.

I think @BrookeN was wondering why you weren't offered a warranty replacement.

 

But the warranty is 12 months, so it likely recently expired.
