AVD2001 Wire-Free Doorbell Will Not Enter Reset Mode – Seeking Assistance

Device powers on normally. Holding the reset button for 20+ seconds does not trigger the documented white LED reset sequence. Unable to factory reset or complete pairing. Unit appears firmware-bricked. Device is slightly beyond warranty. Requesting goodwill RMA evaluation.
