3 cams not recording

I restarted my 3 cameras and the base and it still doesn’t want to record. Please help

Do you have a subscription?

 

If not, have you removed the USB storage from your base, and connected it to your PC?  Then look for recordings there? The VMB4000 doesn't support direct access to local storage.
