I've invited my partner as a guest user and She has accepted.
But when I add one of our cameras to the app on her phone, it dissappears from the app on my phone.
I've tried several times, to add and delete, and it can only be viewed on one phone/app, not on both.
- In the instructions it says 'add to another device', not 'remove from one device and add to the other'.......is this correct, as doesn't seem right?

You don't do that (and you aren't following the instructions for the "Friend" account feature). The cameras can only be in one account, not two.
Do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" in your app? Or do you instead see "Library" and "Dashboard"?

And does her account also show "Library"? Or does it show "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead?

Hi, and thanks for your help.
Hers says 'devices and library'.
Nothing else!

Ok.
One option is to just have her use your username/password. Then there is no need to share anything.
Alternatively, use the process here:
Have her click on "Create Account" in the invite on a PC (not the app). That will open the PC browser to my.arlo.com. From there, she just logs in (no need to create an account). She needs to complete the two-factor authentication step.
After she does that, you should see the invite status change from pending to accepted in your account.
