2 Essential spotlight cameras not connecting

Had 3 connected until one needed charging and now it will not connect either, not sure why it disconnected.  but not getting help from support so trying here to see if can get my cameras going or if i am just going to return them

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

 

Also, what are the error messages received?

I have reset cameras, I rebooted router, I have charged cameras to 100%
